1,Cannot charging ? (For NACS&J772 Extension Cord)
Solve way:Connect the extension cord to your existing charger,slide the lock button to “lock” position ,wait a few seconds. then connect it to the car. If Connecting it to the car first, it often shows up as “not ready” and won’t charge.
2,How to unlock (For NACS Extension Cord):
Thankfully, a TSL OTA update added the left rear door handle hold‑open feature. As long as the vehicle is unlocked or a key (like your phone) is nearby, just pull and hold for 3 seconds to unlock the charge port. Much easier than using the screen or the app.
3,Experiencing overheating? Try these fixes:
Check connections: Make sure both ends of the cable are pushed in all the way with no gaps.
Lower the charge rate: High heat can be caused by the environment. Try reducing the power in your charger.
Also,When using an extension cord, fully unravel the cable. Do not leave it coiled, as this may cause overheating.
Note: When not using an extension cord, store the plug in the included waterproof bag. This prevents moisture or salt corrosion on the metal pins, which could otherwise cause overheating or power failure.
